HTSE does NOT guarantee specific view, unit, or building. Some units do not have the washer/dryer in the units. Lawai Beach Resort charges a $100 ($125 BES and Likalani units) weekly resort fee (this includes in-room internet, movie rentals, local phone charges, in-room safe, mini golf, tennis and energy surcharge fee), plus a $5 Admin Fee & State of Hawaii daily TOT tax - ($10-$15 per day) A $150 deposit on a credit card is taken upon check-in to cover these charges plus any incidentals. Debit cards are $500 deposit.
