HTSE does NOT guarantee specific view, unit, or building. Some units do not have the washer/dryer in the units. Resort has additional daily taxes plus a one time $5 Admin Fee. A $200 deposit on a credit card is taken upon check-in to cover these charges plus any incidentals. Resort charges 2.75% credit card transaction fee Debit cards are $500 deposit.
HOUSE RULES strictly enforced. Maximum 4 people in room and on property for a 1bdrm and 6 people in room and on property for a 2bdrm. Resort Fees are subject to change.
Resort only accepts Visa or Mastercard
All confirmations are final and non refundable. Any changes to your exchange will incur additional fees.
