There is a General Excise Tax (GET) and state imposed Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) which will be collected upon check-in. 1 Bedroom $12.13 US/daily and 2 Bedroom $17/63 US/daily. Upon checking in: A photo ID, credit card for $200 security deposit and a nightly rate of $30 + tax (RESORT FEE) will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort fee includes: parking, washer/dryer usage, local calls & 800#s, fitness center, computer/internet and boarding pass printing. There MAY be additional daily charges.
