There is a General Excise Tax (GET) and state imposed Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) which will be collected upon check-in. 1 Bedroom $18.13 US/daily and 2 Bedroom $26.34 US/daily. Upon checking in: A photo ID, credit card for $200 security deposit and a nightly rate of $35 + tax (RESORT FEE) will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort fee includes: parking, washer/dryer usage, local calls & 800#s, fitness center, computer/internet and boarding pass printing. There MAY be additional daily charges. Contact the resort directly for detailed information. All confirmations are FINAL. Changes to reservations will incur additional fees. Resort Fees are subject to change.

Non-Smoking Resort: All guest suites are Non-Smoking. Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age. Pets are not permitted with exception of Service Animals.
